Section 99B — Land Transfer Act 1952: Forms for instruments available for adoption by other enactments

99B Forms for instruments available for adoption by other enactments (1) Regulations made under this Act may prescribe instruments under this Act that are available for adoption (with or without modification) by any other enactment that provides for the registration or noting of any thing under this Act. (2) Neither this section nor any regulations made for the purposes of it affect the operation of any enactment that— (a) provides for the registration or noting of any thing under this Act; but (b) does not expressly adopt a form specified in regulations referred to in subsection (1) . Section 99B was inserted, as from 17 May 2002, by section 44 Land Transfer (Computer Registers and Electronic Lodgement) Amendment Act 2002 (2002 No 11).
