Schedule 6 Scale of charges for landbrokers Sections 229, 234 [Repealed] The references to money in decimal currency were substituted, as from 10 July 1967, for references to money in the former currency pursuant to section 7 Decimal Currency Act 1964 (1964 No 27). Schedules 6 and 7 were repealed, as from 26 August 2002, by section 64(1) Land Transfer (Computer Registers and Electronic Lodgement) Amendment Act 2002 (2002 No 11). See section 67 Land Transfer (Computer Registers and Electronic Lodgement) Amendment Act 2002 (2002 No 11) as to the transitional provisions relating to landbrokers.
