44 Annual report [Repealed] Part 6 came into force on 17 December 1982 pursuant to section 1(3) of this Act and expired as from the close of 30 June 1988 pursuant to section 53(a)(ii) of this Act. Subsection (1) was amended, as from 1 April 1987, by section 20 Official Information Amendment Act 1987 (1987 No 8) by substituting the words “ the House of Representatives ” for the word “ Parliament ” .
