Section 64 — Parental Leave and Employment Protection Act 1987: Duty to promote settlement

64 Duty to promote settlement It shall be the duty of every party to a parental leave complaint— (a) To promote the settlement of the complaint under the procedures provided in sections 57 to 67 of this Act; and (b) To abstain from any action that might impede the effective functioning of the procedures.
