Section 71S — Parental Leave and Employment Protection Act 1987: Backdating of payments

71S Backdating of payments The first payment of a parental leave payment includes an amount in respect of the period from the start of the parental leave if the application is received on or after the date of commencement of the parental leave. Part 7A (comprising sections 71A to 71ZA) was inserted, as from 1 July 2002, by section 4(2) Parental Leave And Employment Protection (Paid Parental Leave) Amendment Act 2002 (2002 No 7).
