Section 105 — Privacy Act 2020: Appeal to Tribunal against access direction

105 Appeal to Tribunal against access direction (1) An agency against which an access direction has been made may appeal to the Tribunal against the direction. (2) The parties to the appeal are the parties to the investigation.
