Section 129 — Privacy Act 2020: Publication of details of compliance notice

129 Publication of details of compliance notice The Commissioner may publish or delay publication of any of the following information if the Commissioner believes it is desirable to do so in the public interest: (a) the identity of an agency to whom or which a compliance notice has been issued: (b) other details about the compliance notice or the breach that is the subject of the notice, that the Commissioner considers should be published: (c) a statement or comment about the breach, that the Commissioner considers is appropriate in the circumstances.
