Section 13 — Privacy Act 2020: Privacy Commissioner

13 Privacy Commissioner (1) There continues to be a Commissioner called the Privacy Commissioner. (2) The Commissioner is— (a) a corporation sole; and (b) a Crown entity for the purposes of section 7 of the Crown Entities Act 2004; and (c) the board for the purposes of the Crown Entities Act 2004 . (3) The Crown Entities Act 2004 applies to the Commissioner except to the extent that this Act expressly provides otherwise. Compare: 1993 No 28 s 12
