Section 147 — Privacy Act 2020: Further provisions about Order in Council

147 Further provisions about Order in Council (1) An Order in Council made under section 145(1) must provide that it comes into force on a date specified in the Order in Council (which must not be earlier than the date on which it is made). (2) An Order in Council made under section 145(1) must insert into Schedule 2 — (a) a description of each of the following: (i) the public service or the public services the provision of which the agreement is intended to facilitate: (ii) the personal information or type of personal information that may be shared between or within the agencies that are party to the agreement; and (b) the name of the agreement; and (c) the name of the lead agency for the agreement; and (d) the Internet site address where a copy of the agreement can be accessed.
