Section 172 — Privacy Act 2020: Access by accessing agencies to law enforcement information

172 Access by accessing agencies to law enforcement information (1) An accessing agency may have access to law enforcement information held by a holder agency if such access is authorised by the provisions of Schedule 4 . (2) Subsection (1) overrides— (a) section 237 and Schedule 1 of the District Court Act 2016; and (b) section 174 and Schedule 2 of the Senior Courts Act 2016. Compare: 1993 No 28 s 111
