176 Relationship between this subpart and other law relating to information disclosure This subpart does not— (a) limit the collection, use, or disclosure of personal information that— (i) is authorised or required by or under any enactment; or (ii) is permitted by the information privacy principles; or (b) limit subparts 1 to 3 .
