Section 189 — Privacy Act 2020: Power to amend Schedule 6 by Order in Council

189 Power to amend Schedule 6 by Order in Council (1) The Governor-General may, by Order in Council made on the recommendation of the Privacy Commissioner, amend the information matching rules in Schedule 6 . (2) The power conferred by subsection (1) includes the power to— (a) replace Schedule 6 : (b) repeal Schedule 6 . Compare: 1993 No 28 s 107
