200 Power to amend Schedule 8 by Order in Council The Governor-General may, by Order in Council,— (a) amend the principles in Schedule 8 to the extent required to bring them up to date: (b) replace Schedule 8 to update the principles. Compare: 1993 No 28 s 128A
