Section 202 — Privacy Act 2020: Commissioner may require agency to supply information

202 Commissioner may require agency to supply information For the purpose of enabling the Commissioner to respond to inquiries from the public about personal information held by an agency, the Commissioner may require an agency to supply— (a) the name and contact details of the agency’s privacy officer appointed under section 201 ; and (b) any other information that the Commissioner reasonably requires in relation to the personal information held by the agency.
