36 Application of Legislation Act 2012 to codes of practice All codes of practice are disallowable instruments, but not legislative instruments, for the purposes of the Legislation Act 2012 and must be presented to the House of Representatives under section 41 of that Act. Compare: 1993 No 28 s 50
