Section 82 — Privacy Act 2020: Commissioner may regulate own procedure

82 Commissioner may regulate own procedure When conducting an investigation, the Commissioner may adopt any procedure the Commissioner considers appropriate that is not inconsistent with this Act or any regulations made under section 215(1)(a) . Compare: 1993 No 28 s 90(3)
