Section Sch1-11 — Privacy Act 2020: Information matching agreements

11 Information matching agreements (1) An information matching agreement that was made under Part 10 of the Privacy Act 1993 and that is in force immediately before the commencement day continues in force, in accordance with its terms, as if it had been made under subpart 4 of Part 7 of this Act and may at any time be amended. (2) Any decision or thing done under the Privacy Act 1993 before the commencement day in relation to a proposed information matching agreement must be treated as if it had been made or done under this Act.
