14 Transfer prohibition notices A transfer prohibition notice that was given by the Commissioner under section 114B of the Privacy Act 1993 and that is in force immediately before the commencement day continues in force, in accordance with its terms, as if it had been given by the Commissioner under section 195 of this Act.
