Section Sch1-5 — Privacy Act 2020: Authorisations

5 Authorisations An authorisation given by the Commissioner under section 54 of the Privacy Act 1993 that is in force immediately before the commencement day continues in force on and after that day as if it had been made under section 30 of this Act, and is subject to the same conditions (if any) as applied immediately before the commencement day.
