Section Sch1-6 — Privacy Act 2020: Codes of practice

6 Codes of practice A code of practice that was issued by the Commissioner under section 46 of the Privacy Act 1993 and that is in force immediately before the day on which subpart 2 of Part 3 of this Act comes into force continues in force on and after that day as if it had been issued under section 32 of this Act and may at any time be amended.
