23 Disclosure required to comply with standards does not breach information privacy principles (1) The disclosure of personal information is not a breach of information privacy principle 10, 11, or 12 set out in section 22 of the Privacy Act 2020 if the disclosure is required for compliance with a standard or an authoritative notice. (2) Subsection (1) does not apply to standards issued or approved before the commencement of the Financial Reporting Amendment Act 2001.
