100 Requirement to pay interest subject to credit contract legislation Sections 98 and 99 are subject to— (a) Parts 2 and 5 of the Credit Contracts and Consumer Finance Act 2003; and (b) Part 1 of the Credit Contracts Act 1981 (as applied by section 143 of the Credit Contracts and Consumer Finance Act 2003).
