103 Mortgagee must transfer mortgage after receiving request The mortgagee must, after receiving a request made under section 102 , transfer the mortgage to the nominated person on— (a) payment to the mortgagee of all amounts that would have been payable if the discharge of the mortgage had been sought under sections 97 to 101 ; and (b) the performance of all other obligations secured by the mortgage.
