104 Right to inspect instruments of title The current mortgagor or other person entitled to redeem the mortgaged property may, on request, at a reasonable time, and on payment of any reasonable costs, inspect and make copies of, or extracts from, the instruments of title for the property that are in the custody or under the control of the mortgagee.
