Section 114 — Property Law Act 2007: Public Trust not liable if acts reasonably and in good faith

114 Public Trust not liable if acts reasonably and in good faith (1) If Public Trust, in discharging a mortgage under section 112 , acts reasonably and in good faith, Public Trust is not liable to any person for any loss so caused. (2) The onus of proving that Public Trust has not acted reasonably and in good faith is on the person alleging it. Compare: 1952 No 51 s 87(9)
