123 Instruments have no effect so far as they conflict with section 119, 120, 121, or 122 A term has no effect if it— (a) is expressed or implied in an instrument; and (b) conflicts with section 119 , 120 , 121 , or 122 . Compare: 1952 No 51 s 92(7)
