146 Registrar-General or other person need not inquire whether occasion has arisen authorising mortgagee to enter into lease (1) The Registrar-General or any other person need not inquire whether or not an occasion has arisen authorising a mortgagee to enter into a lease of land in accordance with sections 142 to 145 . (2) No action lies under section 172 of the Land Transfer Act 1952 for any loss, damage, or deprivation caused by the improper exercise by a mortgagee of a power conferred by sections 142 to 145 .
