Section 164 — Property Law Act 2007: Extension of time for preparing reports

164 Extension of time for preparing reports The Registrar may, on the application of a mortgagee or other person who is required to prepare a report under section 162 or 163 , extend the period within which the report must be prepared. Compare: 1952 No 51 s 104KK
