175 Application of various provisions to mortgagees who entered into possession before commencement of Act If a person became a mortgagee in possession of mortgaged property before 1 January 2008,— (a) sections 137 to 151 and 155 to 167 do not apply; and (b) sections 91 and 95 to 97 of the Property Law Act 1952, Part 7A of that Act, and sections 106 and 108(1) of the Land Transfer Act 1952 continue to apply as if those provisions had not been repealed by this Act.
