211 Obligations of lessee to remain in force if lessee remains in possession of land with lessor’s consent after term of lease has expired If section 210(1)(b) applies, all the obligations of the lessee under the lease that are consistent with the lease being terminable at will remain in force until the time that the lease is terminated in accordance with section 210(2).
