225 Application of sections 226 to 228 (1) Sections 226 to 228 apply if there is a covenant in a lease that the lessee will not, without the consent of the lessor, do 1 or more of the following things: (a) transfer or assign the lease: (b) enter into a sublease: (c) part with possession of the leased premises: (d) change the use of the leased premises from a use that is permitted under the lease: (e) create a mortgage over the leasehold estate or interest: (f) do any of the things referred to in paragraph (a), (b), (c), (d), or (e) in relation to any part of the leased premises, or for any part of the term of the lease.
