Section 294 — Property Law Act 2007: Easements, etc, granted for fixed term: burden

294 Easements, etc, granted for fixed term: burden (1) This section applies to an easement granted by a person (the grantor ) for a fixed term. (2) The grantor’s obligations under the easement burden the estate in the land out of which it was granted. (3) In particular, those obligations may be enforced against the holder for the time being of that estate by the person entitled for the time being to the easement.
