31 Section 28 does not prevent or limit claims for damages Section 28 does not prevent a vendor from claiming, or affect the amount which the vendor may claim by way of, damages for the breach of— (a) an agreement for the sale and purchase of land; or (b) any other duty to the vendor that the purchaser may be under independently of the agreement.
