32 Instruments have no effect so far as they conflict with section 28, 29, 30, or 31 A term has no effect if it— (a) is expressed or implied in an instrument; and (b) conflicts with section 28 , 29 , 30 , or 31 . Compare: 1952 No 51 s 50
