340 Order under section 339(1)(b) subject to restrictions on subdivision of land (1) No order under section 339(1)(b) (and no related order under section 339(4)) may subdivide land contrary to section 11 or Part 10 of the Resource Management Act 1991. (2) A court that concludes that an order under section 339(1)(b) (or a related order under section 339(4)) would contravene subsection (1) may make an order of that kind that does not contravene that subsection, or may instead make an order under section 339(1)(a) or (c) (and any related order under section 339(4)).
