351 Application of Schedule 6 Schedule 6 applies only to— (a) land that is— (i) not owned by the Crown; and (ii) not under the Land Transfer Act 1952 ; and (b) instruments relating to land to which paragraph (a) applies. Compare: 1952 No 51 s 3
