358 Agent defined for purposes of sections 353 and 355 In sections 353 and 355 , agent , in relation to a person who is overseas, the Secretary to the Treasury, or any other chief executive of a government department or office, means a person who has actual or ostensible authority to receive, on behalf of that person, the Secretary to the Treasury, or the other chief executive, a notice, cross-notice, or other document required or authorised to be given or served by a provision of this Act.
