Section 361 — Property Law Act 2007: Time of service if more than 1 person to be served

361 Time of service if more than 1 person to be served (1) This section applies to a notice, cross-notice, or other document if, under a provision of this Act,— (a) time runs from the time at which that document is given to, or served on, a person or persons; and (b) that document is required or authorised to be given to, or served on, more than 1 person, or a class or classes of persons. (2) Time runs from the time at which that document is given to, or served on,— (a) the last of the persons concerned; or (b) the last member of the relevant class or classes.
