371 Transitional provision relating to Insolvency (Cross-border) Act 2006 Until the commencement of section 13 of the Insolvency (Cross-border) Act 2006, references in this Act to an overseas company being liquidated under section 342 of the Companies Act 1993 must be read as references to an overseas company whose assets in New Zealand are being liquidated under that section.
