Section 59 — Property Law Act 2007: Future estates and interests

59 Future estates and interests (1) Estates and interests in property may be created that take effect at a future time. (2) Subsection (1) applies subject to the rule against perpetuities and the Perpetuities Act 1964 . Compare: 1952 No 51 ss 18 , 19
