Section 6 — Property Law Act 2007: Attorney or agent may act

6 Attorney or agent may act (1) Anything that must or may be done by or to a person under this Act may be done by or to the person’s attorney or agent if it is within the attorney’s or agent’s authority. (2) This section applies subject to sections 12 , 353 , and 359 .
