Section 69 — Property Law Act 2007: Voluntary or equitable waste by co-owner

69 Voluntary or equitable waste by co-owner A co-owner of land is liable in damages to the other co-owners of the land for any loss arising from an act or omission that would be the tort of voluntary waste or of equitable waste if done or omitted by a life tenant or lessee.
