Section 75 — Property Law Act 2007: Application of Part

75 Application of Part (1) This Part (except as provided in section 76 ) applies in accordance with section 8 to every mortgage that comes into operation before, on, or after 1 January 2008. (2) Subsection (1) applies subject to any other provision of this Act or of another enactment providing otherwise.
