Section 86 — Property Law Act 2007: Effect of mortgage variation instrument

86 Effect of mortgage variation instrument A mortgage variation instrument that is duly executed under section 85(1) to (5) or registered under section 85(6) — (a) operates as if it were a deed; and (b) varies the mortgage in accordance with the terms of the instrument.
