10 Power to take possession as mortgagee The mortgagee may take possession of the mortgaged goods or any of them as mortgagee in any of the ways specified in section 137 of the Property Law Act 2007 if— (a) the mortgagor fails to pay any amounts secured by the mortgage on the due date; or (b) the mortgagor fails to perform or observe any covenant expressed or implied in the mortgage; or (c) the goods are at risk.
