11 Power to inspect premises (1) The lessor may at all reasonable times, either personally or by the lessor’s agent, enter the leased premises for the purpose of— (a) inspecting their state of repair; or (b) carrying out repairs; or (c) complying with the requirements of— (i) any enactment or bylaw; or (ii) any notice issued by a competent authority. (2) The lessor will not unreasonably interfere with the lessee’s occupation and use of the leased premises in the exercise of the power conferred by subclause (1). Compare: 1952 No 51 ss 106 , 107
