Section Sch6-6 — Property Law Act 2007: Sale by administrator

6 Sale by administrator (1) On a sale by an administrator of land, the vendor’s receipt in writing is a sufficient discharge to the purchaser for the purchase money expressed to have been received. (2) Neither the purchaser nor any person claiming through the purchaser needs— (a) to be concerned to see to the application of the purchase money; or (b) to inquire whether the sale was irregular or improper.
