1A Purpose of this Part This Part is intended— (a) to give a general indication of what this Act is about: (b) to indicate how this Act is arranged: (c) to assist readers to identify the provisions that are relevant to them. Part 1 (comprising sections 1A to 1L) was inserted, as from 1 February 2002, by section 6 Property (Relationships) Amendment Act 2001 (2001 No 5).
