48 Incidence of orders against personal representative of spouse [Repealed] Subsection (4) was amended, as from 24 May 1999, by section 17 Estate Duty Repeal Act 1999 (1999 No 64) by omitting the words “ of the Estate and Gift Duties Act 1968 or ” . Section 48 was repealed, as from 1 February 2002, by section 56 Property (Relationships) Amendment Act 2001 (2001 No 5). See Part 9 of this Act as to the transitional and saving provisions.
