103A Validity of actions under power of attorney not meeting requirements of section 94A or 95 The fact that a power of attorney is not an enduring power of attorney because of any failure to meet the requirements of section 94A or 95 does not affect the validity of— (a) any act of the attorney done under the power of attorney in good faith with no knowledge of the failure; or (b) any transaction entered into by the attorney under the power of attorney if the other party to the transaction entered into it in good faith and with no knowledge of the failure. Section 103A: inserted, on 25 September 2008, by section 18 of the Protection of Personal and Property Rights Amendment Act 2007 (2007 No 90).
